The game requires Windows XP or later and Microsoft .NET Framework 4.0 or later installed.
There are a windows installer for version 1.0.0.2, the Microsoft .NET Framework must be installed seperatly.
If you want to compile yourself or examine code and code documentation, there is a package with that for version 1.0.0.2.
